Most anxiety about hiring a helper comes from not knowing the process. Here’s ours, start to finish, the same six steps for every family. No guessing

1. Enquiry & Needs Call

We ask about your household, kids, elderly members, and what "a good fit" means to you before showing a single profile.

3. Video Interview

Speak with your shortlisted helper directly, with a matching agent present to translate and answer questions on both sides.

4. Documents & Permit

We prepare and file the contract, work permit, and levy paperwork - you sign, we handle the rest.

5. Arrival & FOMEMA

Medical screening is completed before placement. If it's not cleared, your helper doesn't start - full stop.

6. Settling In

We check in during the first weeks, not just at the sale. Issues get addressed while they're still small.

I needed to get a 2nd helper - everyone told me there was a maid shortage in Malaysia, and it would be at least a year or several months before I could get one. What nationalities of maids do you provide?

We supply experienced Indonesian (Muslim & Christian) and Filipino domestic helpers. All are trained in housekeeping, childcare, and elderly care, with profiles tailored to your household’s needs.

The average processing time is 2 to 3 months, covering interview, documentation, training, medical screening, and permit approval.

All maids are employed on a 2-year renewable contract in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

  • Indonesian: RM1,500/month (with rest day) or RM1,850/month (no rest day)

  • Filipino: RM2,100/month (with rest day)

    • Overtime applies to all nationalities if maid works on rest day.

  • Yes! You may select your maid via video interview based on:

    • Religion (Muslim/Christian)

    • Experience (childcare, elderly care, housekeeping, cooking)

    • Language: English, Chinese (Mandarin), Bahasa Malaysia

  • Yes. We offer up to 9 months warranty, with a one-time free replacement for abscondment or performance issues. Warranty coverage varies by nationality and package.

  • We provide a free replacement if your maid fails her FOMEMA medical check.

We accept:

  • Online transfer

  • Cash

  • Credit card (instalment available; charges apply)

  • IC & photos of husband and wife

  • Marriage cert (or Surat Sumpah if single)

  • Latest utility bill

  • Proof of income:

    • RM84,000/year (Indonesian)

    • RM60,000/year (Filipino)

    • Double for 2nd maid

  • Additional docs based on hiring purpose (childbirth cert, hospital letter, house photos)
