Im lucky that our Indon helper is hardworking and tries to learn our ways of doing things at home. I have to train her, slowly pass the responsibility to her. Although we have communication problem, but she understands bahasa a little. So, OK la. We can learn abit of Indo, and she can learn our language slowly. We have to be understanding that the maids have very different background to us also.

Last time I use other agency, the sales person kept on making me wait so long for biodata, not responsive at all. This agency provide data quickly and answer to all my questions but when my maid arrived , she has performance issue. We are not happy about it but the agency replace a new maid for us after another 3 months of waiting .
